A Balance account created in another developer's app won't work in ours, and the other way round. If you can't sign in, check which app you installed first. Our support team can only help with accounts created in Balance by Clarzen.

There are several apps called Balance. How do I get the right one?
Check the developer name under the app title on Google Play: it should say Clarzen. The package name in the Play Store link is com.balanceapp.app. The safest route is the Google Play button on balanceapp.in, which always opens the right listing.

Is Balance available on iPhone?
